Economic Vitality & Development
Will work to rebuild and diversify the downtown Dover area’s economy. Strategic purchases, development and Redevelopment enhancements to the area will be Key to success!
Charges:
- Market existing property owned by the Partnership
- Plan for revitalization and redevelopment
- Identify and dispatch environmental issues on downtown parcels
- Work on incentive packages for redevelopment to entice new development
- Develop and implement business recruitment plan
